This video is a compilation of my 30-day journey to share with you the magic of micro-stepping in action. It doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to be focused on progress.
Here are the 5 things that happened after 30 days of micro-stepping:
1. I reconnected with music and my passion was awakened
2. I remembered songs I hadn’t heard or played in years (for some, decades)
3. I became less perfectionist and focused more on the daily process (which sometimes meant, totally messy)
4. Our house is more musical and our kids are participating in fun ways
5. I bonded with my husband over playing music again
As a life coach for older adults, this is a testament to the power of micro-stepping for all walks of life – it can be leveraged by anyone at any age in any circumstance.
