The Bicep Arm Curls test measures upper-body strength, and endurance. Adequate upper-body strength ensures that you can perform daily activities, like picking up a heavy box, or carrying groceries with efficiency.
To perform this test all you’ll need is a timer, a sturdy chair, and one handheld weight. 5lbs for women, or 8lbs for men. If you share your household with someone, feel free to ask them to join in by helping you keep time.
