Total Body Strength is a SilverSneakers LIVE class designed to help seniors maintain functional movement patterns that make everyday activities easier. Follow along with SilverSneakers Master Trainer Andi as she guides you through a 10-minute version of the class.
You’ll need weights and elastic tubing with handles, but if you don’t have those, you can also do the movements with just your body.
